These Terms & Conditions govern all services and projects provided by Sri Durga StudioX, including but not limited to UI/UX design, website development, AI-generated videos, motion graphics, branding, and digital content production. By hiring or collaborating with me, you agree to the following terms.
1. Project Scope & Deliverables
- All projects begin with a defined scope, timeline, and milestone-based deliverables.
- Any requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- All deliverables will be provided in digital formats unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Terms
- A minimum 50% advance is required to initiate any project.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.
- Payments must be made via approved digital methods or bank transfer as mutually agreed.
3. Revisions
- All projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be billed separately.
4. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
- Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed at project start.
- Delays caused by client-side approval, feedback, or content submissions are not my responsibility.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, the client receives the license to use final designs or videos for agreed-upon purposes.
- Sri Durga StudioX retains the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio or marketing channels, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. AI-Generated Content
- Some visuals, images, and videos may be partially or fully created using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
- Clients will always be informed when AI tools are used in their project workflow.
- AI content may require post-processing or refinement to meet publishing standards.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation before project start, a partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear content, objectives, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Delays in content submission or approval may affect delivery timelines.
9. Legal & Liability
- Sri Durga StudioX is not liable for how final deliverables are used by the client after delivery.
- I do not guarantee the performance, revenue, or results of content used in campaigns or social platforms.
- All copyrights of third-party elements (fonts, stock images, etc.) used will be properly licensed where applicable.
